What's holding you back?

Stress, anxiety, sleep problems, low energy, and no focus—if any of these are limiting your quality of life, you may have a dopamine imbalance.

The Cove brain reset chair is a tool that works with your body, providing physical stimulation that signals your mind to naturally rebalance. Let go of whatever holds you back so you can be your best, every single day.
“The science is exciting. But nothing compares to seeing people you care about transform for the better.”
– Dr. Kyle Bills, DO, PhD, co-inventor of the Cove brain reset chair

Restore Calm

Say so long to draining drama
Targeted acoustic vibration gently shifts your nervous system out of “fight or flight” mode, regulating your stress response to maintain calm even when life is at its most chaotic.
  • Achieve a steady, grounded sense of calm without drowsiness or mental fog. Clarity sharpens, but stress diminishes.
  • Release physical tension you may not even notice you’re carrying: muscles loosen, breathing slows, even stomach pains and headaches may ease.
  • Build resilience to everyday stress over time. Manage challenges with greater control and return to calm faster.

Improve Sleep

Level up when you're lying down
Poor sleep is about more than feeling tired. It triggers other challenges—irritability, temper, loss of focus, and long term, may be linked to dementia. Reverse these patterns with improvements in essential deep sleep (“slow-wave sleep”).
A 2021 study of insomnia sufferers showed beat frequency decreased sleep latency for deeper sleep.
  • Support essential immune system function and physical repair
  • Maintain your brain health, cognitive function, and memory
  • Feel more energetic and refreshed, even on nights when your sleep time is reduced

Increase Focus

Clarity you can count on
Distractions needn’t derail you. And choice and challenge doesn’t need to overwhelm you. Clear away confusion, frustration, and analysis paralysis so you stay on task and on track.
  • Stay motivated and with the energy to focus on conversations, tasks, and projects to completion
  • Strengthen discipline to break poor habits and reinforce positive ones
  • Improve speed and clarity of decision-making and executive function

In a double-blind study with participants receiving the same standard of care, control group sat on a “sham” chair and study participants sat on the Cove chair for daily 10-minute sessions. Over four weeks, the study group showed significant improvements in three key areas: mental rotation, or the ability to imagine and solve problems; spatial planning, or orientation and understanding spaces; response inhibition, or the discipline to control responses.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long before I see results?

Every person’s body, needs, and results are unique. Many users report feeling calmer and more clear after their first session. Others using the chair for improvement of sleep quality start to see results following a couple of weeks of consistent use (both in sleep latency improvements and in length of deep sleep). Although results vary in intensity and timing by person, one key to lasting results is consistency. Users who have a daily session at least five of seven days per week are more likely to see meaningful, durable results.

Does the chair help with issues beyond anxiety?

Yes—while many people use the chair for anxiety support, users often report benefits that go beyond that. Because the chair is designed to support nervous system regulation and dopamine balance, it may also help with stress and overwhelm, sleep quality, focus and mental clarity, mood and emotional regulation, as well as brain fog and low motivation.
That said, results vary from person to person. The chair is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition—it’s best used as a supportive tool alongside a healthy lifestyle and, when appropriate, professional care.

Too, there are mental health issues the chair is not designed to support, including depression. The chair is designed to support dopamine regulation, which plays a key role in motivation, focus, reward, and certain aspects of anxiety and stress. When dopamine levels are suppressed or imbalanced, people often experience things like low energy, brain fog, difficulty concentrating, and heightened anxiety. The chair is built to support those types of challenges by helping the nervous system move toward a more balanced state.
However, clinical depression is more complex and is not primarily a dopamine regulation issue. It often involves multiple systems in the brain, including serotonin, hormonal factors, and deeper neurological patterns.

It’s best to think of the chair as a tool for supporting day-to-day mental performance and emotional balance—especially in areas tied to stress, focus, and motivation—rather than a treatment for clinical mental health conditions. If you’re dealing with depression, it’s important to work with a qualified healthcare provider for proper care.

Is one session per day enough?

The most helpful approach is to be intentional about what you transition into next. Many people find this is a great time to move into something they want to reinforce in their routine—like focused work, exercise, journaling, meditation, or a calm activity—because the body and mind often feel more settled and receptive afterward.
This is less about “doing it right” and more about consistency. Your brain naturally learns through repetition and context, so over time, pairing sessions with positive, healthy routines can help strengthen the overall effect.
At the same time, it’s best to avoid getting pulled into highly stimulating or draining behaviors right away, like doom scrolling or other habits you’re actively trying to reduce. This isn’t because anything will “cancel out” the session, but because your brain is often in a more adaptable, impressionable state and can more easily reinforce what you do next.
There’s nothing you need to do perfectly. Just use the time in a way that supports the direction you want to move in, and let consistency do the rest.
