About Kyle Bills, DC, PhD

Kyle Bills is a neuroscientist, clinician, inventor, and published researcher whose work focuses on understanding how the nervous system responds to mechanical stimulation—and how those insights could lead to new approaches to neurological and behavioral health.

Dr. Bills holds a PhD in Neuroscience from Brigham Young University and a Doctor of Chiropractic from Parker University. He completed an NIH/NCCIH-funded postdoctoral fellowship at BYU and clinical training at the Dallas VA Medical Center. His research has spanned neuromodulation, dopamine signaling, opioid use disorder, chronic migraine, traumatic brain injury, metabolic health, and artificial intelligence.

As Chief Scientific Officer of NeuroNova, Dr. Bills helps lead the science behind the company's neuromodulation technology and its translation from laboratory research into real-world applications.

He also serves as Associate Dean of Research at Noorda College of Osteopathic Medicine, where his research focus includes neurohealth and musculoskeletal technology.
